This book is an introduction to the basics of Bosnian political structure, institutions, and political processes. Twenty-five years after the Dayton Peace Agreement ended the Bosnian war, the political process still maintains various levels and divisions among political entities. A transitional, post-conflict, divided, multicultural, state-building society, Bosnia and Herzegovina represents a complex and unique political system through which a myriad of topics can be studied. Applying multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary methodologies, the book presents a descriptive analysis and critical evaluation of the various aspects of the political system of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Dit onderzoek is gericht op het achterhalen van de intrinsieke en extrinsieke motivatoren die een productiearbeider op lange termijn kunnen motiveren in hun werk. Productiearbeid is fysiek en mentaal zwaar. Hierdoor is er het voorkomend probleem dat productiearbeiders na weken of soms zelfs al na dagen hun job opzeggen. De financiële motivatiefactor alleen, is niet voldoende motiverend op lange termijn. Met dit onderzoek wordt aan de ene kant aan werkgevers van organisaties een handleiding bezorgd over hoe zij, op een efficiënte manier, productiearbeiders kunnen motiveren op lange termijn. Aan de andere kant wordt in dit onderzoek besproken hoe interimkantoren hun selectieproces naar de juiste productiearbeider kunnen bijsturen. Welke vragen kunnen interimkantoren stellen tijdens een selectieproces voor het in dienst nemen van de juiste profielen? Hier wordt niet alleen rekening gehouden met de financiële motivatiefactor “geld” maar ook met andere intrinsieke en extrinsieke factoren die mogelijks doorslaggevend kunnen motiveren op lange termijn. Als resultaat is hieruit voortgekomen dat de theoretische kennis van de motivatiefactoren ook wordt ondersteund door de onderzoeksresultaten. De intrinsieke en extrinsieke motivatiefactoren hebben wel degelijk een opvallend effect op de arbeidsprestaties van de productiearbeider. De gemotiveerde productiearbeider zal een grotere betrokkenheid met de organisatie vertonen en minder snel afhaken na enkele dagen of weken. Er zal een lineair verband ontstaan tussen de tevredenheid van een productiearbeider en zijn werkprestatie. De motivatiefactoren worden individueel besproken in dit onderzoek. Hierna wordt er ook een vergelijking gemaakt tussen de factoren om te onderzoeken waar preferenties naartoe gaan. Ook zal er rekening gehouden worden met de levensfase waar de productiearbeider zich in bevindt.
